A husband and wife, currently working in the tech industry in the Bay Area as product designers are looking for a sidekick, chief of staff all-around-super-star to support them with writing, PR management and administrative work.


  • Approx. 20 hours / week, flexible hours
  • $1200 / month
  • Can work from anywhere but can provide office space
    (Spadina and Dundas)
  • 6 month contract with possibility of extension


  • Undergrad degree in English or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of professional experience
  • Portfolio of interesting writings
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellence executor and logistics manager
  • Experience working with high-level concepts and making them accessible
  • Experience building an audience through online publishing

Job Description

  • Manage administrative tasks
  • Manage personal calendar and key meetings
  • Write 2-4 articles per month
  • Build out and document research repository
  • Support organization of community events and annual conference
  • Research conferences and book speaking engagement
