Are tickets refundable?

No. All sales are final. Please be aware of that our game is a live event, so once the booking is confirmed, refunds, cancellations or reschedules are not accepted.

Are tickets transferable to my friend?

Yes. You can give or sell your tickets to another person.

Can I put all the tickets under my name?

Yes. Please make sure that you (or your friend) bring the tickets.

Can I take photos or video in the room?

To keep the game’s secrets fun for everyone, no photos or videos are allowed during the event.

Do you have a waiting or cancellation list?

No. But we do announce last minute tickets on Facebook and Twitter.

Wouldn’t this be more fun after a few drinks?

Escape games require a sharp and sober mind. Also, you may be grouped with other players, so it’s important that you’re cooperative. Please note if you arrive intoxicated, our staff has the right of refusal, and no refunds will be given.

Can kids play the game?

Yes. However, children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 6 years of age are free of admission. Children will need a guardian/parent’s signature on the waiver in order to play the game. Please contact us if you need the parent waiver in advance. We will send you a PDF file!
